It's plain and simple, DON'T work for any HSP or a Sub that Subs for any HSP. Get your own contract through a company that does fulfillment work for RETAILERS only.. NO SERVICE CALLS, NO UPGRADES, NO BULLSHIT CHARGEBACKS. Set your own hours , No weekends , no holidays, no headaches... The HSP is the biggest scam in the world. I have worked in the industry for 7 yrs now and I have NEVER hooked up 1 phone line, never had to show any ID badge(I do wear DirecTv attire though). The way I look at it, I don't work for AT&T so why should i hook up any phone lines? They aren't paying me to do that so I'm not doing it. You don't see phone company employees running phone lines/outlets in homes for free do you? Biggest scam out there. To even have you hook up lines let alone backcharge you for not having enough hooked up. I don't have some duchebag going behind my jobs telling me I did something wrong and guess what another chargeback.. I don't know why anyone would work for a HSP or Sub like Multiband or Mastec.. LOL
