In a part of our system, this section was the richest section, there was't a house lower than $ 1,500,000.00
Every year about the same time, this rich old lady was asking for the same technician to come an adjust her TV set.
I was suspect, so I went with the technician, he got the TV on and unlock the horizontal hold and the picture started to move up and around, the tech. slowed the picture and told the old lady to tell him which of the picture she liked the best, when she mentionned the one she like he would readjsut the horizontal, and tell the lady "see you next year".
When I got out of the house, I asked the tech, how long was this going on, about 5 years was his answer.
I said nothing else and told myself, this is a sure way to keep a customer happy.
