Does your company have a dedicated phone line that is for techs only?
How many techs? Would it be possible to have one or two dispatchers assigned to techs only?
How big a operation are you talking about?
Are you calling a national call center that deals with hundreds of techs?
If so there isn't much you can do.

If everyone is thinking alike, someone isn't thinking.
