Take your invoice and proof of contract employment tech# etc. to the court house and file a claim if they decide not to pay. But first you should notify comcast that you haven't recieved your check from this contracting company and explain your steps of action if your not paid very soon! They can't hold your money, unless they have very good reason. If your work has been done to spec they don't have a leg to stand on! The made an agreement to pay you on a certain time frame when you started work correct??...So You could get them shut down and possibly cause them to loose there contract with Comcast. DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT IT"S YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!
