Oh yeah,,,you still need to have paid accounts and advertisement, that's your bread and butter. But, I don't know how you would collect the fine,,,Unless,,,,you found out where they worked, and just had the co add it to the rest of their back charges. Heh heh heh heh!!!!!! Just havin a little fun with the whiners.
