That's for sure. They are getting almost as bad as the customers..My boss would have laughed at such a statement then would have found the nastiest job he could for whoever suggested it. The weather is just part of the job, hot cold, wet, dry, you do what you can to deal with it and do your job...That's what you get paid for..your suppose to be a professional...
I remember lots of freezing nights tracking down suckouts, thinking do I really want to take this apart because if I do I'm going to have to splice in a new piece of cable cause I'll never get it back together again if I don't. Back when you used feed through connectors and there were no extension pins.
Loved splicing new plant when it was below freezing because you knew you would never have a suckout.
