Here is the real answer, Mastec backcharge you for everything you do as a technician from customers calling in during the time frame to did you show the customer your ID. There is no way you can make what you invoice with Directv. If you take into consideration that technicians get small parts, OTG's Tech repairs, FSR's and non responders where can you make your money. Lets not forget CSR activations, if you use this system your inventory wont consumed properly and you will be charged for it. The answer to your question is yes they do pay there subs after they take what they need off the top. Keep in mind last year phone line percentage was 35% and that was a metric that techs made with no problem so they bumped back up to 45% and then you had to put phonelines in on upgrades. so either way Directv is no longer worth doing. They only way to win is to go on strike nationwide but techs wont unite.
