I always thought. If you are a employee. The employer have to supply your tools, vehicles and fuel and you are stuck at a certain wage. A contractor buy his own tools, supply his own vehicle and fuel and negotiates the wage. As a contractor. He has the right to drive what the hell he wants to get to the job. I would be damn I would paint my blue truck sitting on 37 inch tires white for some pecker head that does do anything except take money from everybody else and tries to rip everybody off.
