If you are referring to Matt Stalbird out of Florida (if memory correct), I would say go to work for him if you have a chance. I worked on a telephone company upgrade to fiber in north central Kansas a few months back and money was on time, in full, no surprises, no chargebacks, no gimmics, just good pay for good work. If I could work for him again without a ton of travel, I would do it in a second.
