I understand the need to work, but then again, i understand the companies knowing you need to work and taking advantage of it! we've all seen the pay decrease over time and people willing to do the job for less, that has helped to create the downfall of our industry, what to do? I don't know? Catch 22 i reckon. If we work for less, the pay will never go up, if we hold out for more, we starve. I guess ya gotta do what ya gotta do!
