If your attaching to someone else's pole, they will normally tell you what they want. There is too much varience to say here's exactly what to do. Any tension span will alway need an anchor at end of direction change, slack spans should have EOL anchor if possible. Think of the poles as being flexable and all attachments need to have the same tension to keep the pole straight. Stay off others anchor unless you have permission. These days, you do not beg for forgiveness,, you pay a fine. It can add up quick. Like anything, pay a pro to get it right, or take the chance to get hammered after the job is complete and charge backs hold up invoices. Good LucK!!!!!
