were are u wanting to work ,like what state . i  do no alot of companies are getting this way cause of liabilty and the insurance company making them put that strick rule cauce its a drug charge .whit that being said there is nothing wrong whit someone getting a second chance that deserves it if there is a will there is a way ,and also if you do get a second chance iam sure you will be on a strick watch . do give up brother and good luck . p.s. if it does happen for you post a new thread let us no .
