Suggest finding a local retailer, you won't be able to work for HSP or O/O, dish, or cable more than likely, but if you can find a local retailer you may have some luck. On second note, have you tried to have the charge reduced to a misdemeanor? You can talk to an lawyer and see what can be done, I have had techs that had felony many years ago that got their record locked or cleared, or reduced.
