Depends on how many spans you are putting up. If you have clearance you can put up a max of 2 slack spans without anchoring. Anything more than that must be tensioned and guyed at both ends. Example: you can go up to 2 slack spans to a false dead end (with guy) and tensioned to eol with guy. If you don't have clearance and it has to be tensioned than it has to have a down guy at both ends. If there's a sidewalk involved you will need a molly bar or a pole to pole guy to the pole before your run.
