Yeah well thats all fine and dandy but what about the guy looking for work that thinks he is applying for a job that actually exists. These fly by night companies are all over the web and it is hard to tell which ones are real and which ones arent. Then if you get ahold of them you wait you wait and the whole time they are telling the job starts next week. And next week comes and still nothing . If they have a pending contract they should just say so and leave your name and phone number and tell them to call you when they actually have some work. Instead of giving your lifes history to a total stranger that advertises a job opening on craigslist. Most real companies have fulltime people working for them and if they are trying to expand they have the cash to put you on the payroll until the work breaks loose. Having been self employed for a long time I found myself job hunting and I have had to learn this the hard way. For me when a job is advertised it actually exists .But I guess in the new world you post the job first and then get the work. What these fly by night operations dont realize is we have bills to pay and families to support and they shouldnt be putting someone on hold with false promises of work. And im guessin some of these companies advertiseing tech jobs are head hunting for other companies .They need laws that say your only allowed to post adds for jobs that actually exist
