Re: Rip Offs

Even so............an employer cannot remove compensation. IF a customer objects to some aspect of an installation, has further questions about equipment or wants to make changes in material location that is all fine. But the employee gets paid to do those things whether or not the customer gets charged for it. It is the installation company (Directv) who eats any additional costs associated with the installation.

IF the installation company feels there is repeated inefficient use of installation resources...the guy screws up and doesn't improve........the employer can terminate him and start over with a new candidate. Employees do not get back charges or do piece work.

They also do not share corporate profits unless they own stock.
