DF I would also inform them about the added GL and WC that you have to have and the large Bank Account that you need to have in order to pay them after QC is complete, while it might take 90 days for you to get paid for the job that they were paid for within 14 to 21 days out
Sure I don't like the scumbags that suck over half of your money away for just being a paper pusher, but their are allot of hacks out there that install a job that won't pass QC and the prime has to pay someone else to go back and re-do a job that they were supposed to do right the 1st time.
So in the long run...Hackers quit hacking your work and Primes quit taking 60% if the job is done rite
