Still wet behind the ears, I have been on projects that the contractors shut the job down, packed up and pulled off of the project,It was a screwed up strand footage job and everybody (contractors) packed up and left, 3 weeks later we were back, getting paid sheath footage or the FCC was going to pull the MSO's licenses for non compliance.
With you being a telco splicer you should know what sheath footage is don't you?
