 Owner lynn is a great guy. Satellite country not so great. I did get most of my retainer back but I hear that you will lose $15.00 bucks for every qust.  you fail on c-sat. So if you do a service call $40.00 bucks you fail c-sat ( not get 10,s acrossed the board) all are 9,s you lose $100. not right in my book . If you are  after 8am for your 1st job you lose $25.00 bucks just funny shit like that is why I quit
