I still do contract work for Comcast...they have been my bread and butter for 25 years. I was also a customer for 30 years. But I finally got fed up with the digital tiling and intermittent chsi at my home. I tried to explain the problem and how to fix it to the numerous techs that came by, but to no avail. Each said that they would take care of it, but the problem persists. SO... I switched to Verizon and all's well...great pics...smooth internet. Comcast is more interested in the bottom line than their customers. They continue to bandaid their systems and will continue to loose customers. Just my opinion...
