I just try to give people the training or insight that is needed. There are no industry secrets in this business, just individuals who would like there to be. I remember a splicer telling me years ago that nobody would teach him how to sweep because they said "it was like taking money out of their wallets". Well, that is not the way I operate, so I taught him how to do it!
