Don't pull the power off. That only runs it away and it'll come back, pull the return pads one leg at a time and isolate where it's coming from. Could be anything throwing that mess in there. Drop, pin connector, splice, module etc. But something has that floor up there about 20db to high. See if you can pick up an obvious leak, may be as easy as a drop or crack causing that. Start at simple and work toward hard not the other way around. Good luck.
