Your splice loss should only be .000 to .050 dBm, if you're running that close to the edge maybe you should consider a higher wattage transmitter or something like the Aurora V-Hub. Since you have total control in this, my advice would be to eliminate one of the splice locations and pull in more storage just in case you have to do this again in the future.
