Kablelink Orlando...Any thoughts?

Trying to get some real feed back on this company. I have been contracting for about ten years and just moved back into the Orlando area. I have heard good and bad things about the company. Heard a few bad things about the manager John, however these are just rumors and I am looking for real feed back from techs that have worked there or still work there. Thanks in advance.
