I am not sure about that. I have purchased 2 in the last few months plus here in ns over the past 3 years between 4 companies 35 came from utility, $ 40k for a 2000 gmc with 45k miles delivered isnt bad and they stand behind what they sell. ufleet sales guy is steve lewis  and  I have tried him for 3 months trying to buy the same truck you are probably looking at and no response, basically the way they work is that they are a middle man, they put out the adds for you and try to sell it.
