www.telecomtrainingsystems.com Best bet is to start as an installer and aquire your knowledge hands on like everyone else had to do. Eventually you will get a good enough understanding that someone might let you take a peak inside an amplifier. LOL It takes many years to learn all there is about cable. About 15 years of experience will make you a good tech. Good luck to you!
