Really depends on how much you make. If your working 55 hours a week and the 1 week is 24/7 on call, but you only add on another 10. I don't really get the big deal. If the company is charging the customer for that time they have every right to. Labor is expensive and I would make as much money off my labor as I possibly could. Just because you look at it as working for free and don't see it as billable hours. The fact is the company is providing a service that they charge per hour. Somehow the company has to be able to afford to pay for you and your wadge.
