(maybe that's why your paying the extra $10) Whose land do you think your hunting on? They may say it's state land, but the educated American knows that most of it's owned by the Federal Government. Maybe you can tell me why they added a $10 habitat fee (tax) when up until 2008 the DOW has had a surplus of money? Have you noticed liberal Dems. hate the word "surplus"? Do you really know where that money is going? Think about it, you may be paying for a windmill put on Gov. property, or a solar panel Co. that will make a profit on your money under the word "habitat". In the mean time you are just happy to pay it, thinking it's for your right to hunt?
I guess I will have to say this one more time. A tax is an "enforced contribution to a Government entity".
