Pretty typical of all HSP/RSP or O/O, tech is responsible for everything. Tree falls on the dish...techs fault because he put it near a tree, customers garage door stops working, its the techs fault cause he was there, etc etc.
Never argue with idiots, they'll drag you down to their level and beat you with experience
