took me a long time to learn that nobody likes a dick. Regardless if you are talking to a customer or a fellow tech or dispatch we are all customers to each other. No one wants to admit it but when it comes time to downsize managers look at that stuff too. You can be a shit hot tech but if you cant get along with others you might be the one getting those walking papers vice someone not as technically proficent.
