verizon strike replacements and Nexlink

I was contacted by nexlink through UniTek and don't know anything about either one of these companies. Wondering if anyone has any pay rates for what Nexlink is offering for their upcoming strike replacement work in NJ/PA/DE/NY for I/M and Copper Splicers and Central Office Switch Techs. Also Looking for any info if they pay on time for the work you do. I believe they did the Northeast Verizon Strike this past summer but not sure.thanks
