That's exactly what i'll tell you! We pay a tech to do a job, to do it correctly, if he doesn't i send him back to correct it with no back charge. If he doesn't correct it, I or another tech will, therefore, the company must pay me or the other tech to correct the job, I do not work for free nor do any of the other in house technicians. The money charged back goes toward paying the second technician to fix it. I reckon you're one of those rare people who does not mind paying a mechanic 7 times to fix the same problem?
