I agree 10.00 an hour would suck and I am sure I would get very depressed but people do it all the time. One of my favorite TV series was a show on FX and its was called 30 days, directed by Morgan Spurlock. One of my favorite episodes was where he and his wife lived on minimum wage for 30 days. It made me realize how lucky I am that I don't have to do that. He had no money for entertainment, no health insurance, no money for anything except pure basic living. It's crazy to think that people live like this.
I think your boss is far from reality. I see quite a bit of well to do men that think that everyone should just save. Ummmm you can't save making 10.00 an hour. Guys like this will continue to think this way until they lose everything and they have to see what tough living is really like.
It erks me that idiots like this guy are making the decisions that are wrecking this country..
