We were working in the highway right of way, last week, had all the proper signage in place, Utility Work Ahead, Shoulder Work Ahead, Shoulder Closed, and flaggers out. Had our work zone all coned off, and everyone had their vest and hard hats on. But,,,I think,, no matter how much traffic control you had out, could have prevented this from happening. After it happened there was shit everywhere.
