Oh I got it now... Thats the non cunductive bracket that holds the canuder valve that regulates the flux capacitor to shield the radiation from the solar flares that are shooting out uranus.. And it aint working cause here you are.. So why dont ya hop yer wise ass back on yer skateboard and get yer ass back to the future, McFly..
