Are you serious "5 years" . It's hard enouph to be in this business 1 year. I know a few guys who been mapping for 5 years or more but only a few. As far as make ready goes, and further more GO95, Im in that field now. The only guys that our company company has been able to hire that know go95 are retired pacbell guys. The rest of them have been all trainies.
