Its everywhere.
If its small footages, not full spool lengths,, I bet there are lots of yards out there with tons of partial rolls. With the economy the way it is, a design with splice cases at potential futures, you might get a deal in timeline? Good Luck! From what I am hearing, its going to get worse rolling into next year.
