Please remember that the person in office inherits the changes from his predessor, it usually takes 2-3 years for the new persons changes to filter down to us at the bottom of the pile.i did well under reagan, and the beginning of bush sr, then it went down, came back up wiyh clinton and thyen really hit th sh_t fan with bush jr, still trying to recover from him, but rates and work look like they may be getting ready to improve
