Funny you mention those prices for the job in GODFORSAKEN Illinois.  Yea the job is prevailing wage. If you want to bore for 4.00 and plow for a dollar a foot come get some. Remember operators around 45.00 and labors at 35.00 you need to get alot done. CCI out of Iron Mountain,Mi has thid job for clearwave.  You might be talkinf about the job up north coming out of Macomb, Il that will mhead over to Peoria. This job is a Peg fiber along with Family video and its not prevailing wage. This pays a little more to plow. Hope this helps.
