Check out union wage rates first in the county/counties you'll be working but best guess would be $2.50 ft. plow @36'', drill 1-2'' $8.50 ft. blow fiber $1.25 ft. and handholes @ $400.00 each. all predicated on volume of work obviously lesser quantities imply higher prices and you may need to add a rock adder if required.
