If you are being charged back by any contract company please contact your local DOL office for help right away. This is not legal. and if you are a contract installer please google ( cable contractor overtime lawsuits ) this will make a fair and balance system and don't worry you are protected by law when the contract company finds out that you can not be called a inden. contractor but you are a peace mill work employee due overtime from the minute you work in the shop to the minute you clock out from the last job or report to the office.
