This isn't just a sad story for the contractors, it's also a very sad day for the Insight customers. Insight wasn't perfect but I can say that in Lex, they had a very nice plant. Often times the cable would work when no one had a phone (Windsteam -DUH!) It got maintained better than any TW plant I've ever seen.. It's truly a shame to see a nice system sold as dog food.
