Points = Monies


Say a point scale. Boss bills 8$/pnt. Tech earns 2$/pnt and completes 150 pnts/ per day. So six days a work week tech earns 1800$(then his entire expense proforma). Boss earns 5400$ and is successfully passing the liability and expenses to his techs, whom travel, leave their families, and work without a pat on the back everyday. On top of it they find a way to cut your income further, based on OTG's, service calls(typically not the techs fault), etc... many more. You get the point. This is why the question arises: How much munny?? If you need a job so bad that you have to work for a company that is doing this to his techs. You dont need to work in this business. I do seriously GREAT work. Other men on my past teams were hacks. They were making the same and still had thier job. Good work NEEDS to start being rewarded with GOOD pay!!
