Directv charge back system is unfair, but you will get more volume for DTV. Dish they may give you a route of 3 trouble calls and 4 hours of driving. Then QA it and fail the qa and you get the whole job. would have to say DTV is better over all. Contract work is no good anymore. Try in-house.
