Normally these come down from the Prime or MSO. If the company is starting to get charged, more than usual, they WILL/HAVE TO pass it on to you. In this market, you used to be able to dispute some chargebacks for Calls on installs, now you cant. Even if its bad equipment. In this industry, its now the nature of the beast. Unless you want to make $12/hour and be an employee.
