Have you seriously looked at what they are doing? Mastec or whomever is paying that. Middle man.The maybe a super-sub under them.As long as the jobs keep getting done they dont care.As a contractor I enforce what I want. If the pay sucks I dont do it. Give me 6 jobs a day when I want 3. First time i'll do them after that they were warned. I do my 3 and i'm done.Nobody wants to stand up and fight. I told super I only wanted so many jobs and he said "ok". a month later still giving me too many.Dropped my route and told him we are parting ways.Look at cable for price changes. Crappy pay means inexperienced techs or hacks.
