thats why i am trying to get out of cable been doing it for 6 years and every year pay has gone down was averaging a $1600 pay check every 2 weeks last summer now i am lucky to see $1100 we started getting paid hourly with also mileage supposedly we would be getting paid the same now we are lucky to get $100 for a bundle. and the company said that it wasn't a pay cut which most of us that have been doing it for awhile could see after the first couple of pay checks that it was a pay cut because for one we are not getting 100% of our mileage and what they do after our hourly pay is give us a "production bonus".
