I can't give you any info about installation work, just the plant.
The older part of the city is mainly aerial. Anything within 5-6 miles of downtown will be mainly aerial. The newer areas are mainly ug. The good news is, 90% of the system is streetside or alley, both aerial and ug. Very little rear easement aerial. In 1 1/2 years working there, I may have had 15-20 poles I couldn't get with my bucket.
