Nice thread gentlemen , I enjoyed reading it .My opinion, we don't need a union, we need a union of contractors. Think what you could do if you had all certified contractors and everybody was on the same page . I bet we could buy trucks cheaper , get lower rates on business loans,...factored money ,......insurance ..home , health , life , auto ,business , perscriptions the possibilities are endless . Like the farmers Co op , I've always tried to tell the MSO that contractors are cheaper than employees "ever" will be. May be they will listen when wireless puts them out of business .You don't have to carry all the employees, managers ,no paid vacations ,sick leave ,workmans comp . Retirement......... Smell the roses.............."WHITFIELD"
