Re: pay in the cable world

I work for the government and our pay has been frozen for the last 3 years. The only way I can get a pay increase is to advance in to another pay-grade. Now as for congress that's a whole different story, they can vote them-self a pay raise anytime they want...even Thomas Jefferson saw the problem with that.
